Common questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The free trial is six months with no card, and it starts when you activate your account from the email.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. A guest scans the QR code and your menu opens straight in their phone’s browser — no account, no app.
Is the menu in Arabic and English?
Yes. Every category, dish and description in both languages, and the guest picks theirs on the menu itself.
Can each branch have its own prices?
Yes — on plans with more than one branch you can set a different price and availability per branch without copying your menu.
How do I pay after the trial?
For now we get in touch to arrange payment outside the platform, and every payment is recorded on your account. Online payment is coming later.
